well yes. this was SOO much fun! i found out i love watercolors. XDDDD

i entered this in a halloween contest for a club i'm in.

i only got second place.

see, it's an anime club...and they said wolves were fine...but really, i think that they wanted anime entries more.

wish they had told me that. D:<
the person who won... well... they were okay. but they drew bigger and more characters than me, so they won a free ticket to the anime convention.

oh well, i tried. at least i get $15 on top of the $16 i get frome strifey! X3 yaaayz ~:heart:

i love this wolf. OH and strifehart, i didn't draw her earings cuz a) i forgot and colored the fur and b) i forgot and colored the background. so no earrings. ;A; but i tried to make her feet and tail tip darker! like it's supposed to be!! DDDX sending it soon. :heart:

woah! this work is stunning and you should be proud of it! the concept and perspective on the picture has, what i think to be, the desired affect! the colours you used fit the theme well and the pose gives the creature a menacing, creepy look! the saliva seen in its mouth (i love that technique myself) really helps with the intimidation thing. somethign bout it makes it seem just that bit more creepy. spread out claws and paws work really well, im sure many people would prefere to NOT have thos claws in their backs...

the background appears scrappy and messy and works brilliantly! sometimes the best background are messy watercolours >< and a lot of people think its easy to just createthat affect when really its not. you have avoided getting paint on the creature and this just shows your skill even more.

i love this pic, great job!
